Ming Chok has served as President, Director and Chief Executive Officer of SOYO Group, Inc. since October 25, 2002. Mr. Chok was also the Vice President of Engineering of SOYO Group, Inc. for five years. Mr. Chok co-founded M Technologies, a computer motherboard manufacturer, in 1991 where he worked as the General Manager and Vice President of Engineering until 1998. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from CaliforniaStateUniversity, Long Beach.
Nancy Chu has served as the Chief Financial Officer, the Secretary and a Director of SOYO Group, Inc. since October 25, 2002.Ms. Chu also served as the Vice President of Operations for SOYO Group, Inc. for five years.She co-founded M Technology, a company that manufactured motherboards, in 1991 and was Vice President of Finance and Sales until 1998. Ms. Chu received her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Statistics from the SjiJiangCollege in Taiwan, R.O.C.
Mr. Edward O’Brien joined SOYO Group, Inc. in November 2006 with 27 years of experience in Sales and Marketing. Prior to joining SOYO, Mr. O’Brien worked at Buslink, a manufacturer of External hard drives, Optical drives, PC-related products and services and consumer electronics products and services from 1999 to 2005 as the Director of Sales. From 1997 to 1999, Mr. O’Brien worked as the Director of Sales at ScanPort, a provider of consumer electronics. From 1989 to 1997, he worked as a Regional Sales Manager at KYE International, a computer accessories manufacturer. Mr. O’Brien graduated from Ohio State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
Harvey Schneider joined SOYO Group, Inc. as Director of Sales on October 23, 2006 with 20 years of experience in the Sales Industry. Mr. Schneider served in National Sales at Akai, a maker of consumer electronics and audio and video equipment from 2005 to 2006. From 2000 to 2004, Mr. Schneider worked as Director of Sales for Buslink, a manufacturer of External hard drives, Optical drives, PC-related products and services and consumer electronics products and services. From 1993 to 2000 he served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at ScanPort, a provider of consumer electronics. While employed at ScanPort, he increased sales from 10 million to 70 million. From 1989 to 1992, he served as a Manufacturer Representative for Schneider and Associates. Mr. Schneider received his AA in Business Administration from Fullerton Community College and his Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance and Law from Cal Poly Pomona.
